AA 05_103  GENERAL

  1. Policy:
    1. Post orders will be incorporated into and communicated to employees via policy.
    2. Post orders should be maintained by the Administrative Division Administrative Sergeant and should be updated at least annually.
    3. Every WCSO post should have a set of post orders (i.e., current policy). Post orders should be available to all employees via the internet (i.e., employee Zimbra account). A printed copy of post orders should be available to all employees via a printed master copy located in the Administrative Sergeant's office.
  2. Rationale:
    1. Written guidelines may assist employees in carrying out their necessary duties.
    2. Because employees are frequently requested to help in posts other than their primarily assigned post, employees should have access to guidelines for all posts.
