(% style="font-size:1.0em;" %)If a person does not wish to submit his or her complaint in writing, the employee receiving the verbal complaint shall draft a detailed email and forward the complaint to the Sheriff via email. 54 -11. (% style="font-size:1.0em;" %)Under the direction of the Sheriff, the Sheriff's designee shall oversee the research, investigation, tracking, and resolution of complaints. 55 -11. (% style="font-size:1.0em;" %)The applicable division chief should be notified of the complaint and the final resolution. 56 -11.
