55		-For the purposes of this policy, a complaint is defined as a complaint against the WCSO or a WCSO employee from a non-incarcerated person. Complaints from incarcerated inmates are termed “inmate grievances” and are handled according to policy: CG 03 Inmate Grievances.

61		-111. Complaints shall be forwarded to the Sheriff.
62		-111. A person wishing to submit a complaint should be encouraged to do so in writing via a Citizen Complaint form.
63		-111. A Citizen Complaint form may be submitted via the WCSO website or obtained and submitted at the WCSO main office window.
64		-111. If a person does not wish to submit his or her complaint in writing, the employee receiving the verbal complaint shall draft a detailed email and forward the complaint to the Sheriff via email.
