45 +1. Complaint: For the purposes of this policy, a complaint is defined as a complaint against the WCSO or a WCSO employee from a non-incarcerated person. Complaints from incarcerated inmates are termed “inmate grievances” and are handled according to policy: CG 03 Inmate Grievances.

51 +11. (% style="font-size:1.0em;" %)A person wishing to submit a complaint should be encouraged to do so in writing via a Citizen Complaint form.
