56 11. Every PCF inmate assigned to a general housing location should be provided with a photo ID card.
57 11. ID cards for inmates housed in Booking or in a special management cell (i.e., lock down or administrative segregation) should be maintained by PCF personnel.
58 11. Inmate ID cards shall remain the property of PCF.
59 11. As with other PCF property, inmates shall be responsible for the care of their issued ID card while it is in their possession.

68 11. Inmates should submit their ID card directly to a deputy prior to leaving their housing area. ID cards should be submitted by an inmate to a deputy in-person, not through a pass-through drawer.
69 11. Area control centers should track the location of each inmate who has left their area by placing the inmate's ID card in a location-labeled box or bin.
70 11. Inmates should receive their ID cards back (in-person) from a deputy upon return to their housing area.
